As a specialist manufacturer of environmentally friendly paper products including paper straws, paper cutlery and paper food containers, Yuesheng has a manufacturing plant covering an area of over 16,000 square meters. Coupled with a complete line of fully automatic production equipment, out team of 100 seasoned professionals is capable enough of handling your projects from development and design, through to packaging and delivery. Our monthly output reaches 50 20-foot standard containers.
Starting with the incoming materials, our team of quality inspection personnel performs rigorous raw material quality control. Our raw materials are kept in a large warehouse to ensure our continuous production and on-time deliveries.
All materials used for eco-friendly paper straws, disposable paper knives, paper forks, paper spoons and paper coffee stirrers are premium food-grade paper materials, which are FSC certified.
There are 5 high-speed paper slitting machines at our manufacturing workshop, allowing us to efficiently convert a printed or unprinted paper parent roll into several narrower rolls with desired widths. That means we have the ability to accommodate various business orders.
More than 50 fully automatic production lines guarantee a significantly improved working efficiency, and help us reduce our lead time and labor intensity which generates lower costs for our customers.
The in-process inspection is carried out to make sure that any unqualified product is rejected before going through the downstream process, ensuring only premium quality products are delivered to customers.
After being produced, all products are subjected to the quality inspection prior to packaging.
The qualified products are packaged in accordance with consumer preferences.
Before leaving factory, our products are safeguarded using several measures such as plastic film, foam, carton box or wooden case to preserve the integrity.
The packaged products are loaded onto pallets with traceability markings, and then stored in our finished product warehouse. Before shipment, we also welcome customer to perform pre-shipment inspection, such as product testing in cold or hot water, and appearance inspection.
