This Israeli customer has been working with us for many years since 2019. When the customer first came to us, they were skeptical of paper straws available on the market. They believed that the paper straws will become excessively soggy and get fall apart after being immersed in water, with extremely low water resistance.

Their opinions were changed by our 4-layer paper straw, which is more durable and liquid-resistant than typical 3-layer paper straws from the market, as well as our 3-layer paper straw, whose functionality has been recognized by the industry. After getting our samples of paper straws, this customer tested the samples and they were pleased with both our 3-layer and 4-layer paper straws. They immediately placed a trial order, and the volume of orders they have placed has increased every year since then.

After checking the product design drawing, we found that the paper spoon requested by the customer is different from the common paper spoons on the market. Unlike regular paper spoon that has a small radian and a wide handle making it easier to grip, the customer-specific paper spoon has a curvy and quite slim handle.

In addition to the paper spoon's handle having insufficient force which would affect the use, the technical obstacle in accordance with the customer's design drawing was another challenge we had to face. However, the customer was highly confident in our R&D capabilities and supported us in trying things out when necessary.

We finally produced the perfect paper spoons for this customer after working diligently for half a year, and we have established a long-term cooperative relationship. We subsequently developed more new products to satisfy their greater demands.

This customer required that the paper straws have a high level of liquid resistance and won't get soggy or fall apart after being immersed in water or drinks for an hour. We rapidly sent samples to this customer for testing, and the test result shown that our 3-layer paper straws held their shape after one-hour immersion in water without being soggy, and can withstand long-time immersion even over one night.

The customer has been quite complimentary of this performance! Their first order was promptly arranged. Because that the market feedback is very positive, this customer is still purchasing paper straws from us. Since we've been working together for years, we've always guaranteed quality and assisted clients in expanding their markets.

The consumer initially expressed a desire to buy high-quality straws when first contacted, especially thinking about purchasing stalk straws, wheat straws, PLA straws, sugarcane straws, etc. I questioned him as to why paper straws weren't an option? He claimed that they had a negative experience with the paper straws because of their low quality, and quickly getting soggy and breaking apart when immersed in water. Then, we informed them that we had rich experience in the field of paper straw manufacturing and had reliable technicians and technologies to guarantee the quality.

When the customer agreed, we sent them several samples for testing. After repeated testing, they were satisfied with the test results and desired to place an order right away. Due to the time difference between two countries, our day is the customer's night. Besides, I was unable to set up contract during the day because I was on a business trip at the time. The customer didn't go to bed until I gave him a contract in the late afternoon when I went back to the hotel. Since then, we began our first cooperation.

Later, this customer found partners, expanded its scale and opened up a bigger market. The only thing didn't change is that we have consistently provided them with solid support over the years.

According to the feedback of this customer, the quality of paper straws from many manufacturers in the Brazilian market is quite bad, poor water resistance and easy break down. We provided the customer with some samples for testing, and they were pleased with the test results. However, this customer needed all of the paper straw patterns available on their market. In addition to common patterns such as stripe, checker, heart, star, chevron, polka dot, fruit, snowflake, and solid color, they also required some unique patterns that they have designed themselves. Our portfolio covers most of the common patterns on the market, and we have the ability to customize exclusive patterns to satisfy individual needs. So, we sent more than 100 different patterns to the customer, and they ultimately chose more than 80% of the design as their first order.

As Europe bans disposable plastic cutlery, this customer came up to us and requested paper spoons to replace the plastic ones they had been using. We sent some paper cutlery samples to the customer, and they conducted the sample testing and were happy with the product's quality. But this customer preferred their own design which is more practical to them. We struggled for a long time to develop the paper ice cream spoon that they demanded.
